Erik & Kenzie | Grohmann Museum Rooftop Wedding
As you scroll through this blog post, you will see the most gorgeous details, decorations, dresses, and scenery. You’re about to see the most stunning bride surrounded by the most gorgeous girls and the most handsome groom hanging out with the most delightful guys. But I’ll be honest… the only thing in the world that is more beautiful than this wedding day is the love that Erik & Kenzie share for each other.
Erik & Kenzie live in California so the first opportunity I had to meet them was on their wedding day. From the moment we met, I was embraced with such warmth and kindness from not only the bride & groom but their entire wedding party. As Erik prepared to see Kenzie for the first time, his excitement was contagious and I couldn’t help but share the same butterflies as Kenzie approached him!
After taking photos around downtown Milwaukee, we headed to the Grohmann Museum for the most beautiful rooftop ceremony. This location is especially unique to the couple as the Grohmann Museum is named after Erik’s grandfather, the gentleman who donated his collection of art to the museum. The rooftop venue was never designed with the intention of hosting weddings but after pulling a few strings, Erik & Kenzie were given the green light for their wedding day and will be the only couple to ever wed on top of the building (so special!).
Erik & Kenzie, thank you for allowing me to play the smallest part on the biggest day of your life so far. I’m so thankful for our new friendship & can’t wait to see how your love will continue to grow! xo
