Cody & Rebecca | A Snowy Madison Engagement Session
Cody & Rebecca’s engagement session at the Wisconsin State Capitol and Olin Park was SO perfect in every way! You never know what type of weather Wisconsin will throw at you in February but to our delight, the softest snowflakes fell for the first half of our time together and it was beyond romantic.
Cody & Rebecca met through a mutual friend and the courage to take a chance — the chemistry on their first date was undeniable and from that moment on, they’ve been inseparable. One of the things I love about engagement sessions (and why I think they’re so important) is that I get a chance to see how my couples interact and how their love thrives. When I think about Cody & Rebecca, there are two things that come to mind time-and-time again:
- These two LIVE life. I know that sentiment sounds odd but honestly, I have never met two individuals more full of life, positivity, energy, and dedication to soaking up every moment. Cody & Rebecca laughed in pure bliss through our entire time together and if that one-hour is any window into their every day lives, it’s safe to say that their future holds an incredible amount of joy.
- Cody & Rebecca not only selflessly love each other but they consciously spread that kindness into their community as well. Both Cody & Rebecca volunteer their time with organizations such as Special Olympics and listening to them share their passion was so inspiring. This couple is leaving the world in a better place than they found it and how can you not fall in love with people like that?
Cody & Rebecca, I can’t imagine a more perfect match. I am so thankful that you asked me to be your photographer and I seriously can’t wait for your wedding this fall!!! Xo
I LOVE the laughter in this one!!!
I just love how playful & fun these two are!!!
